When you think about your diet and the foods you are consuming you automatically think about calories and fats but your diet could also contribute to the endless battle of blackheads and breakouts. In this article I have outlined ten foods that will prevent blackheads and set you on the path toward naturally radiant skin.
Avocado
Avocado is probably the easiest food to incorporate into your diet, with so many quick and simple recipes containing avocados it’s safe to say, it’s time to stack the fridge with these breakout fighting gems. Packed full of vitamins E and C this fruit also reduces inflammation and helps prevent blackheads. As if that’s not enough avocados also supply a great deal of moisture to the skin enabling you to have blackhead-free soft skin.
Nuts
Whilst it won’t be as easy finding meals containing a decent number of nuts they are in fact a great snack to have in between meals.
